NEW 12/01:  Well, looking at the new combined
   statistics (see below) it seems that Iowa has
   been covered very well.  On to Florida and other
   states!

NEW 12/01:  Thanks to the cooperation of the good
   people at http://www.revolutionpac.com/ I have been 
   able to integrate the counties in Iowa that they
   already have covered.  (The Revolution PAC people 
   not only mail the brochure but also a DVD.)  These 
   are designated in the sold column as "DVD", and 
   for purposes of all computations I regard these 
   precincts as "sold".

   Therefore, if you want to avoid duplication of
   efforts, you can use this report to make sure that
   you only send brochures to people who have not 
   already received one.

   Some duplication may have already occurred.  These 
   are designated as "SOLD/DVD" in the sold column.
